HOW TO BOOK
Inquiry- It all starts with filling out our detailed form on the "Contact Us" Page. This form will tell us more about how big or small of a team we'd have to send to you, the important information about your big day, and all the fine details! We are first come first serve. Once you fill and send the form, we'll get back to you within a couple of hours! We'll send you a full detailed quote- Once the quote is sent, please understand we may quote additional brides for this day. The date is only officially held IF you place a retainer and sign a contract. If we do not hear back from you, we will kindly reach out in 3 days to ask if you have any additional questions! Please do not feel pressured! This is just a reminder that we are available if you need any additional help!
Book the Day- Once a retainer is placed the date is officially held! From here, you have probably read the contract and agreed to the invoice. We understand you may be planning way ahead as glam now gets booked very far in advance! That is fine! We can quote you and then you have up to 6 weeks prior to the wedding to change numbers (services) so long as it does not fall below out $500 per artist minimum.
Bridal Trials- You have now had us booked and are now ready to get these trials underway. Trials are OPTIONAL. We will always suggest them, however, we do not need them to make your wedding day perfect. Trials are preferable to people who'd like to see the completed look prior to their day. When booking trials, we suggest up to 6 weeks prior to the wedding and HIGHLY suggest them to be booked on significant days. Such as bridal showers, bachlorette weekends or the best, Dress fittings! So long as we are available, we'll get you in on a date that works!
2 Weeks Prior to the wedding- We will always have constant communication! We will reach out 2 weeks prior to get the final of all finals! This gives you time to talk with your coordinator and/or photographer about their timing also. We will make you a full mock schedule and go over start and finish time.
WEDDING DAY- We will always give you an ETA of our arrival time. Usually 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. Please make sure if you are in a hotel you have supplied us with the room number the night before or morning of! We will come straight to the room. Upon arrival, we will take 10-15 minutes to set up all our supplies and will start right away! Please make sure all people who will be receiving glam services have a face free of makeup as well as FULLY blow dried hair (so long as a blow dry has not been scheduled) If a blowdry is needed in order to do the hair services, a small fee may be applied. We will trickle through the day with a rough estimate of 35-50 minutes per person. Please make sure someone is available to go next. We will give you a ten minute heads up. We start hair and makeup early, but no fear. At the end of everyone's services, we go around and do touchups. Touch ups include hair pins, respray, full makeup set, lipstick and adding in the veil.
The final minutes- Once the veil is completed and all the finishing touches are completed, please make sure you complete payment immediately after. This way, we can leave to allow everyone to put on their dresses and go party! You are more than welcome to complete payment at any time. We accept cash, venmo and credit. Checks are not accepted. Gratuity is welcomed!
